Truth be told, this was our favorite lot out of all 28 coffees in the competition...bar none. We are so thrilled to be part of the buying group of three roasters that were able to secure such a wonderful coffee.
For us, this is part of a larger play to involve ourselves more in México as an origin country. For so long, it has been condemned as a country that only produces subpar quality. We'd like to be champions of a few coffees that we think fly in the face of that condemnation!
